Order Processing

- IntoGallery may change this policy from time to time by updating this page; we recommend you review the page prior to every order.
- The description of the goods will be those set out in your order (including quantity, size etc).
- Both parties are entitled to withdraw from any contact / transaction if obvious errors occur or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website.
- If a product advertised is not available, you are entitled to a suitable alternative or a full refund.
Product Variation
Due to the human nature of a hand painting, no two paintings will be identical. Therefore it is important to make the following distinctions:
- Stock Paintings – All images provided are of the exact painting available and therefore will be exactly as you see (minus any computer screen distortion).
- Bespoke Paintings – Bespoke Paintings are made to order and could be slightly different to the originals. Every effort goes into getting the painting as close to the original as possible, but as each work is hand painted, there will be small variations making each piece unique. If you are unhappy with any variation, the artwork can be returned using our 7 day return policy, see the Return Policy section.
- Photo to Painting – IntoGallery only use the finest artists to paint your photos, however the difference between a painting and a photograph must be understood. We recommend you review previous work to understand the likely appearance. Once the artist completes the painting we will send a proof photograph to ensure you a happy before delivery. If you are unhappy, we can commission changes to the painting.
Pricing
- The full price of the goods ordered must be paid prior to shipment.
- Unless an order has been placed, we reserve the right to change our prices any time without notification.
- UK mainland postage, insurance and packaging costs have been included in the price of all artwork. All international sales or special delivery arrangements will require additional charges. These charges can be provided upon request.
- IntoGallery does not charge VAT.
Terms of Payment
- Upon the receipt of your payment details, you confirm that all information contained within the order is accurate and you are authorising us to make a payment. This process forms a legally binding agreement which gives us permission to deduct the full price of the goods.
- If we cannot make full payment, we have the right to cancel the order and suspend any deliveries.
- If any goods are returned in line with our refunds policy, we shall credit the payment card with the appropriate amount.
- IntoGallery never store credit card or payment information. We will take all reasonable steps to make sure that your data is treated securely and in agreement with the Privacy Policy. No personal information is passed to third parties until you tell us otherwise. If your payment card is used fraudulently, you are entitled to cancel the payment and claim reimbursement by the card issuer.
Delivery
- The accuracy of the address details provided is very important. We ask you to double check your address and notably the postcode. Our deliveries are fulfilled by couriers; therefore please ensure someone is available to sign for the goods. If required, we are able to deliver to neighbours, relative or a work place; however we cannot delivery to PO BOX addresses.
- Once the goods have been delivered, ownership is transferred.
- Delivery will be immediately arranged if you purchased a Stock Painting, otherwise we will confirm the estimated painting time and subsequent delivery date. All delivery dates will be confirmed within the order confirmation email. If you have not received a confirmation email please Contact Us as there may have been a problem with your payment.
- If we are unable to achieve the above delivery date, we will provide you with a revised delivery date. If this time is greater than 60 days from original order, we offer the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
- If we are required to reimburse money for delivery non-conformance, the value will be no more than the price of the individual goods.
- If multiple goods are ordered, we will contact you to agree a delivery schedule.
- All goods are delivered using fully insured couriers. If any damage occurs during transit your goods will be replaced or refunded in full. It is essential you sign ‘not checked’ if you have any concerns about the condition of the goods, as failing to do so could affect your refund.
- UK mainland postage, insurance and packaging costs have been included in the price of all artwork. All international sales or special delivery arrangements will require additional charges. These charges can be provided upon request and will vary depending on location, size and weight of the goods.
- Standard delivery will be made Monday to Friday between 8am – 8pm. Any deliveries made outside of these times will incur additional charges. No delivery can occur on Bank Holidays.
- IntoGallery cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays once dispatched. Despite booking a delivery to arrive on a specific day, very occasionally the courier may be late. If this happens it should arrive the following day, however if you are concerned please feel free to Contact Us.
Damages
IntoGallery offer full refunds or exchanges should any item be lost or damaged during transit. In order to qualify, we required notification within 24 hours of receipt of the item. Please use the contact details found on the Contact Us page.
Upon delivery please check the entire box for damage and if possible open to parcel to inspect the contents. It is essential you sign ‘not checked’ if you have any concerns about the condition of the goods, as failing to do so could affect your refund.
In line with the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations, IntoGallery offer a 7 day no quibble return policy on all products with the exception of the Photo to Painting service. Whilst a refund is not available on the Photo to Painting service, we ensure satisfaction by not shipping any Photo to Painting until the customer has approved via an emailed proof photo.

- Notify us immediately of your desire to do so (must be within 7 days)
- Return the goods in their original packaging or something similar
- Insure the painting for its full value (if the painting gets damaged in transit, you will be responsible for claiming from the courier)
Once we have received the goods in their original condition, you will receive your refund within 14 days, via the same payment method.
Please note that no refunds are given for the postage costs involved with returning the artwork.
